Skilled Operatives
Sparton Civils owns and operates a fleet of excavators, dumpers, compactors and support plant, enabling us to control productivity and maintain high standards. Our operatives are fully certified (CSCS, CPCS, NPORS) with ongoing training to ensure safe, efficient work.
Health & Safety
Safety is at the centre of everything we do. All activities are risk-assessed, supervised and carried out by competent, trained operatives. We operate robust RAMS, deliver regular toolbox talks and maintain full compliance with CDM Regulations.
